Passionate Pursuit

Drink deeply of the pleasures of this God. Experience for yourself the joyous mercies he
gives to all who turn to hide themselves in him. Worship in awe and wonder, all you who’ve been made holy! For all who fear him will feast with plenty. Even the strong and the wealthy grow weak and hungry, but those who passionately pursue the Lord will never lack any good thing. Psalm 34:8-10 TPT
Did we take notice of the sunrise and sunset, today? That happened just for you and I. Why?
"God created man in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground. Then God said, 'I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground--everything that has the breath of life in it--I give every green plant for food.' And it was so." Genesis 1:27-30
God created you and I for relationship, ultimately with Him, but also with others as we live in community here on earth. Yes, we have God's DNA inside us. Even if you do not know him. You were made to worship God in His fullness, and be fulfilled with His provision for you. Look at the world. Look to the mountains and the valleys. Be amazed by the wonders of the world. God created them. How much more does He want to reveal Himself through us, who are created in His image? We have so much potential in this life to empower those around us to embrace their gifts, abilities, and passions.
As women, we were given the position to bring about life from within. Come on... You know God chose the right person for the job, right? I had the privilege to be there for my 2nd grandson's birth. A new born baby is one of the most amazing miracles of God. I, myself experienced four C-Sections; four of what I call "drive-thru" deliveries. Well, Tabatha is my hero! She delivered an eight and a half pound baby boy the way God initially intended. That calls for a Woo-hoo!
Now, Let us let go of our striving. Let go of our apprehensions. Let go, and let God. He is the Truth, the Way and the Life. We try too hard to do their own thing. When God is patiently waiting for us to turn control of our life over to Him. He isn't a dictator. He is our loving Heavenly Father. He is longing for us to yield to his leading. His leading will develop us into the image of His Son, Jesus. Jesus is the answer to the unknowns of life. Will we give him leadership over our lives? If we will, He will direct our path.
