Hi! I’m Christina, a California girl born and raised in the “OC,” where the sun shines bright, and so does my love for people. Much like a perfectly brewed espresso, I believe life is best experienced in rich, bold flavors—full of

depth, warmth, and connection. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to inspire others to embrace their unique blend of experiences and share their stories, one heartfelt sip at a time.

 

☕ A Legacy Steeped in History

My grandfather, Kopaczewski, was the first POW from Nebraska in France during WWII. After 19 months in captivity, he returned home aboard the final voyage of the Queen Mary, now docked in Long Beach, California. Unknowingly, my former husband and I dined at Sir Winston’s on the Queen Mary during our honeymoon in 1988, only to later discover my grandfather’s remarkable journey on the same ship. That moment was like sipping a cup of coffee brewed with history—rich, layered, and meant to be savored. His story inspired me to listen, to truly hear the narratives of those around me, and to embrace the transformative power of storytelling.

 

☕ A Bold New Chapter

Much like a barista crafting the perfect espresso, life is about knowing when to grind, when to brew, and when to savor. After 33 years of marriage, I chose to embody The Flight Attendant Mentality—securing my own mask before helping others. I waited until my youngest son graduated high school at the top of his class before stepping into a new season. It was time to embrace my own bold, full-bodied purpose.

 

☕ From Journalist to Storyteller

As a former editor of a small-town newspaper in rural Nebraska, I had the privilege of crafting the stories of farmers weathering storms, families reuniting, and small businesses brewing their own success. Words, like coffee, create an experience. The way we blend them determines the depth and richness of the final story—our masterpiece.

Now, living in Upstate New York, I stay connected to my local church, but my ministry happens wherever I find myself—with a coffee in hand, pouring into women one sip at a time. Whether it’s a deep conversation over a cappuccino or words of encouragement shared across a café table, my heart is always set on connection, faith, and growth.

 

☕ The Perfect Blend of Faith, Family, and Storytelling

Family, like coffee, is best enjoyed warm and full of flavor. Recently, I’ve had the joy of reconnecting with my brother’s family, uncles, aunts, and cousins, strengthening ties that distance and time had loosened.

When I’m not mentoring women, you’ll find me savoring coffee dates with my three adult children and their loves in Rochester, or enjoying virtual coffee chats with my oldest son’s family, including my two adored grandsons. Life, like coffee, is best enjoyed in the moment—because once it’s gone, there are no refills.
